Employment concept

Our Group adheres to the concept of people foremost and lays great stress on human resource management and development. Through continuous improvement of human resource management system, we aim at “promoting the competent staff, transferring the ordinary staff and demoting the inferior staff” and cultivating new staff in the process of selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior whilst adhering to the philosophy of “maintaining a steady workforce through affection, treatment, cause and development”.
Our company will organize sports meet, New Year evening party, blind date sodality and other large activities each year, and irregularly hold various sports and cultural activities, such as competition on basketball, football, table tennis, the game of go, Chinese chess, etc.) which offer ample awards. These activities offer necessary conditions for our employees to give play to themselves.
